1. What do you do?

   Fundamentally we match the skills of developers listed in our directory, against information provided by prospective buyers in order to produce a tailored search result.

   We act as and application incubator for entrepreneurs and in some instances fund great ideas in exchange for equity. We also provide a gateway for advertisers and a dynamic content marketplace for associated products and services.

   We provide bespoke solutions for all Smartphone users and all major development platforms.

2. What is a tailored search result?

   The site uses an number of different methods and filters to display your profile. A relevant result is when you have match all the buyers criteria.

   For example; an 'Enterprise' client, looking for a 'Business' application to 'Develop' will only see your profile in the 'stage one' results if you 'match' each of the specified criteria. Only then can the user refine their search by location, rating and other variables.

3. How do I become a member of your Network?

   There is no fee to join but you must be an experienced developer.

   Simply complete the registration form by clicking the link at the bottom of this page and start receiving real time project enquiries.

4. Are there long-term contracts and what if I cancel?

   There are no long-term contracts and you may cancel or suspend your lead flow instantly.

5. Are the leads quality?

   Yes. We only attract serious buyers and our unique selection process progressively filters out any time wasters.

   We do not validate and speak with every single lead because if you’re in business that’s your job, plus if we did, we’d only have to charge you for it.

   We do communicate with all users that use The App Wizard

6. How are new project enquiries made?
   Users may chose to:

   1. Submit an App Wizard project, details of which are stored in you dashboard and mailed to you instantly.

   2. Submit an instant request via your Contact Panel, which includes; Telephone, Social ID's, Email & Website URL

   A history of all activity for your account is stored in your Dashboard which is accessible at any time.

7. What is an App Wizard Quality Score?

   Our App Wizard Quality Score is a Project Indicator. 

   We ask a number of simple questions, which enable us to judge whether the buyer is ready to engage or not. This is all made possible as a result of our propriety scoring mechanism, which we call the 'App Wizard Quality Score'. A buyer can receive a Quality Score between 1 and 5, weighted out of a possible score of 1,000.

   It's important to note that a project receiving a score of 1 does not neccessarily mean a poor result, although the higher the score the better the chances of engagement. App Wizard projects are continually managed via workflow and social interaction.

8. How is your service better than doing my own Marketing, SEO or Pence Per Click?

   Because you only pay when a prospective buyer places business with you and we get a lot of prospective buyers.

   We actively promote our site using a wide range of proven methods and techniques.

9. How Do You Make Money?
   We ask that our developers do a revenue share with us, meaning you'll only ever pay us when you are awarded business. In some cases, where the client is an entrepreneur with a great idea but no funding, we will fund the development in exchange for equity.
10. How many Developers receive each lead?

    That will vary depending on the criteria of the buyer, however, we recommend that buyers select no more than three suitable developers for any one project.

11. Why do other lead generation sites stipulate ‘get out clauses’ in their terms and you don’t?

    Because unlike our competitors who say;

    • a. We can't control how aggressive you are when it comes to sales. There are developers who request a lot of credits because contact cannot be established. You must also try email, if you don’t get a reply via email keep trying via email.
    • b. Being unable to contact the prospect is not a valid reason for a credit note. We manage to talk to every buyer prior to sending the lead by email so we know they can be contacted. Often, a prospective buyer does not return messages; therefore it is imperative that you be the FIRST to contact the buyer. 
    • c. Pricing constraints. XYZQuotes.com cannot be held responsible for a vendor's pricing structure. Meaning "My minimum project is 12K" and the client only had 2K to spend. 
    • d. Vendor does not retrieve lead request in a timely fashion and does not wish to be charged. We will not be held responsible for the time frame or frequency in which vendors monitor and or follow-up with leads.
    • e. Buyer changes their mind or the project doesn’t get signed off.
    • We just don’t.
12. What is your lead credit/return policy? 

    We do not operate a lead credit or returns policy as all our leads are delivered in real time from prospective buyers, free of charge.

13. Can I pause my leads and not completely cancel my account?

    Yes, you can.

14. Why is my profile not showing in your results?

    This could be for a number of reasons.

    Firstly, you will not be found in our directory unless you have upload details of at least one application. Also you will only be displayed when you match the buyers criteria exactly, meaning business sector, app category and business type so you must complete all data fields for your profile. If you have done this but are not showing in the relevant search results, please report this as a problem via the sites feedback mechanism
